Karen L. Uray, PhD

Karen Uray is Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Integrative Biology and Pharmacology at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and a Faculty member of The University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. She completed her PhD training with Dr. Steve Allen in 1997 at the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the Anesthesiology Department at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Her postdoctoral training was in the Integrative Biology and Pharmacology Department at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston with Dr. Ferid Murad from 1997-2003. She has been with the Pediatric Surgery Department since 2003.
